barry i had never really listened to any of dan’s solo stuff, so today i decided to change all that and give this a listen. and... i really enjoyed it. i don’t really know how to explain it, but a couple of the songs gave me the same nice feelings i get when i take a drive really late at night. times when it’s just me and the radio. it was comforting :) anyway, totally crazy about this record, will definitely recommend it to my friends. Favorite track: Gift Of Me.

Tell 02:43
I need to find a new distraction You don't know where I could find one, do ya? Don't pay attention Tomorrow has got something better to offer you C'mon now, tell me, what do you dream of? Don't be shy now, push come to shove. You got to tell me If you stay with me I won't be untrue to you
2.
Gift Of Me 03:55
Filtering through the frequencies of your mind Making peace with an ounce of love that's blind Curious of the gift I give of me Good thing no one gets it all for free Waking up to a light that's hard to find Thoughts are seen in between our frozen signs Hesitation kicks me up and down Torn apart, change of heart, new love is found
3.
Sleep 03:02
I've been awake for so long, I couldn't sleep You've been together so long, how can this be Left in a dream I keep this lost memory Maybe one day you can, find it for me
4.
Envy 05:41
I envy you Think of you (On my mind) (All the time)
5.
Never Leave 03:09
You are like a lemon squeezed on a wound. I am like a scratch bothered by your perfume. Pushed each other far enough to go KA-BOOM! Thankful for the time we had to sit and swoon... Some day we will believe we're not alone You will find a better one to walk you home I will find a simpler mind to put mine at ease Some way, one day we will find some peace Now it's easier for me to believe If I stay I'm likely to reprieve A darker side of love could not unsheathe You've got me feeling like I could never leave

Goes & Goes 04:40
In the morning it's cold, in the day it gets hot. In the evening, you're bold. When I'm sleeping, you rot. Eveybody's gonna give you power All it's gonna do is make you louder Everybody's gonna give you power All it's gonna do is make you sour Someone's lying there, not a single care about YOU He's receiving stares, thieving off a blanket of truth I'm a prisoner of peace, cutting off my mental lease inside YOU Now I'm feeling weak, wishing tears that streak were not blue -- Took a week off, trying not to scoff at the truth Hardened up my shell, but the soul is feeling soft without YOU Worshipping a plan doesn't make sense in this zoo Developing a trend, someday I know that we will pull through -- Just when I think that the end is in sight, lust turns it's ugly head and reminds me at night that she goes, she goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes & goes ......................................................................................................................
